Cecilia and Rosa return to the seas they once sailed in their canoes before being uprooted to the West. Joining them are Christoph and Marcia, two Swiss scientists with whom they share their world of whales and icebergs. Throughout this voyage, Ocean Wings portrays the Kawésqar people with a dignity misrepresented by previous depictions.
