The story of a servant who, in order to honor pastor Tommaso´s final wishes, embarks on an adventure that leads him from Mount Vesuvius to what is nowadays Campania. His mission: saving a young buffalo from the Royal Palace of Carditello. The film is teeming with symbolism and a subtle criticism to the contemporary influential characters from Italy.
